經(jīng)過(guò)控制落料斗的寬度以及高度使得到達(dá)工作層厚度的要求，酒醅在落到鏈板式輸送帶后經(jīng)過(guò)主動(dòng)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)鏈輪使得酒醅向前傳送，在傳送過(guò)程中不斷用風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)酒醅進(jìn)行降溫，在降工藝溫度后加曲機(jī)開(kāi)端加曲之后拌和，再用風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行降溫直到工藝要求的發(fā)酵溫度，之后酒醅經(jīng)過(guò)接料斗轉(zhuǎn)移窖池進(jìn)行酵。
