一、蒸煮（Degrease），顧名思義，就是把木材用來蒸煮。鍋爐里水加熱沸騰，將材料放入之中，高溫蒸煮十二小時以上。起到脫脂，而且能殺死木質(zhì)中的蟲卵。

二、烘干（Dry），木材干燥設(shè)備要實現(xiàn)對木材的強制干燥（控制含水率、應(yīng)力），必須具備三個基本功能：加熱、調(diào)濕和通風(fēng)。加熱功能不言而喻；調(diào)濕（噴蒸汽或霧華水）用于保障干燥某些階段所需的高濕度環(huán)境，防止木材開裂、變形等；通風(fēng)設(shè)備必須保證濕熱空氣均勻地穿過材堆的各個部位，使干燥后的木材含水率、應(yīng)力均勻。目前烘干更常有兩種方式；

1、簡易，烘爐。一般以熱爐氣直接或間接加熱，難以組織合理的氣流循環(huán)，濕度難以調(diào)節(jié)或無法調(diào)節(jié)，用這種簡易設(shè)備獲得好的干燥效果（控制含水率、應(yīng)力）是非常困難的。

、烘房，利用科學(xué)合理設(shè)計，通風(fēng)設(shè)備良好，自動控溫，控制濕度，完全可精確控制木質(zhì)的含水率以及木材所產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力，而且材堆里各個部位均勻。
With scientific and reasonable design, good ventilation equipment, automatic temperature control and humidity control, the moisture content of wood and the stress generated by wood can be accurately controlled, and all parts of the wood pile are even.
三、選料(Choose to anticipate)，經(jīng)過蒸煮脫脂，烘干。再進行材料的優(yōu)劣篩選，本身橡木木節(jié)疤多，一些死節(jié)疤料給淘汰。

六、箍桶(Hoop bucket)，桶箍現(xiàn)在市場一般選用的是鍍鋅的鋼皮與不銹鋼皮，材料的厚度在3mm。

七、防腐，防水處理，精打磨。把整個桶全部浸泡防腐液中，必須達到防腐液完全浸入木質(zhì)中。根據(jù)這樣處理來看，用上二十多年也不會出現(xiàn)腐爛現(xiàn)象。待木桶面上的防腐液完全干透了。進行人工手砂磨，手感要達到細膩均勻。
7、 Anticorrosion, waterproof treatment, fine grinding. Immerse the whole barrel in antiseptic solution, which must be completely immersed in wood. According to this treatment, it will not rot after more than 20 years. Wait until the antiseptic solution on the surface of the barrel is completely dry. The hand sanding should be smooth and even.
八、油漆(paint)，油漆也是質(zhì)量重要的一關(guān)，噴涂制作，漆膜厚實，健康，耐水耐高溫、耐酸堿性。油漆必須要達到檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
8、 Paint, paint is also an important quality, spray production, thick film, environmental protection and health, water resistance, high temperature, acid and alkali resistance is excellent. The paint must meet the national inspection standards.
